Cancellation and Return Policy

CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

General Provisions

  • Contractual Acceptance: To place an electronic order through the Website, you must accept the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract presented to you. You cannot complete your order without accepting these documents.

  • Legal Framework: Purchases made through the Website are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and other applicable laws in force.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees, which represent the product delivery costs, shall be paid by the buyer.

  • Delivery Period & Stock Availability: Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the statutory 30-day period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract. Ready stock is not maintained for all products on sale. Although product lists are updated daily for all items, some ordered products may be out of stock. In such cases, the consumer will be informed by the Company.

  • Product Integrity: The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and along with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

  • Impossibility of Performance: If it becomes impossible to fulfill the sale of the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of learning about this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

Non-Payment of the Product Price

If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment transaction in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product shall automatically cease.

Unauthorized Use of Credit Cards

If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been unfairly or unlawfully used by unauthorized persons, and the price of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3 days. In this specific case, the return shipping costs will be borne by the seller.

Delivery Delays Due to Unforeseen Reasons (Force Majeure)

If force majeure events occur that the seller could not foresee and the product cannot be delivered within the required timeframe, the situation will be promptly notified to the buyer.

The buyer may request:

  1. Cancellation of the order,

  2. Replacement of the product with a similar one, or

  3. Postponement of delivery until the impediment is removed.

If the buyer cancels the order:

  • Cash Payments: The amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation.

  • Credit Card Payments: The product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation. However, please note that it may take 2 to 3 weeks for the bank to reflect this transfer to the buyer's account.

Buyer's Obligation to Inspect the Product

The buyer must inspect the contractual product/service before receiving it from the courier. Damaged or defective products/services—such as those that are dented, broken, or have torn packaging—must not be accepted from the cargo company. Once received, the product/service shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. If the buyer intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must not use the product.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/organization at the indicated address. They may reject the goods and terminate the contract without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification, provided that they notify the seller via the contact details below:

Conditions of Withdrawal:

  • Costs: Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the seller.

  • Refund Period: The seller is obliged to refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notice.

  • Return Shipping Period: The buyer must send the product back to the seller within 10 days from the date they issued their withdrawal notice, along with its original box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.

  • Corporate Returns: If the invoice of the product to be returned was issued to a corporation/business, the return must be accompanied by a "Return Invoice" (İade Faturası) issued by that institution.

Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for contracts concerning:

  1. Goods or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider.

  2. Goods prepared strictly in line with the consumer's explicit wishes or personal needs (customized/tailored items).

  3. Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date may pass.

  4. Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or packet have been opened after delivery, and whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons.

  5. Goods that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature.

  6. Books, digital content, computer consumables, and data recording or storage devices offered in material form, provided that their protective elements (packaging, tape, seal, packet) have been opened after delivery.

  7. Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription agreement.

  8. Accommodation, goods transport, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities for entertainment or recreation purposes, which must be carried out on a specific date or period.

  9. Services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

  10. Services whose performance has already started with the consumer's explicit approval before the expiry of the 14-day right of withdrawal period.
